Automated Interest Rate Reduction is a MyData-powered service that automatically submits interest rate reduction requests for users’ existing loans. Previously, users had to navigate each bank’s app and complete a complex process manually. With a single enrollment, the service continues to submit requests automatically, making the right to request an interest rate reduction easier to exercise. I led a team of three frontend engineers, including two junior developers. We focused on using clear, easy-to-understand language and designing an intuitive experience to make a complex financial process accessible to users. Upon launch, the service surpassed competing fintech providers to claim the No. 1 market share by a wide margin, a lead it has maintained ever since.
