Credit Planner is a monthly subscription service that helps users protect and manage their credit. It offers financial protection through financial fraud insurance and safeguards against unauthorized credit inquiries. It also provides a credit score simulator for specific scenarios: repaying or taking out a loan, and increasing or decreasing credit card spending. As the first paid service created by the Personal Financial Management team, Credit Planner marked the organization’s first direct contribution to revenue. I led the overall frontend development alongside two junior frontend engineers and actively contributed to API design and UI/UX decisions to deliver a polished experience. I was responsible for designing and implementing the service enrollment and subscription payment flow, ensuring that the product’s most critical journey was stable and reliable.
