Credit Score Boost is a service that automatically attempts to improve a user’s credit score on a recurring basis, replacing the existing service’s manual, one-time requests. A higher credit score can help users qualify for more favorable loan terms. The project’s core foundation was already in place before I joined. When integration with one of the two credit bureaus became unavailable, the specifications had to be changed urgently. I quickly implemented the revised flow under these time-sensitive conditions, helping the team launch the service on schedule. Compared with the existing manual flow, the automated experience increased both credit-score improvement attempt rates and retention among users returning to review their results.
